To sign up for any of our climbing courses, contact us to check availability.
All courses start on Saturdays and Tuesdays from early spring to late fall. We try to fill courses already begun by one or two students with other individual applicants. If you have a group of 3 or more we will run the course any day of the week.
Private Guiding can be held on any day of the week.
Advance reservations are necessary. SRCS requires a $200.00 deposit per person for Private Guiding/Instruction and all Climbing Courses. 50% deposit is required for all other outings.
If you have booked a course and would like to fill out the paper work ahead of time, print the .pdf application and release forms below, fill them out completely and bring them with you the day of your course. If you are having problems viewing the forms click here to download Adobe Reader.
Gift Certificate are available, call or email us to arrange.
We require that all cancellations be made 2 weeks prior to the start of a particular Course/Private Guide reservation in order to refund your full deposit.
If a cancellation is requested less than 2 weeks from the start of a Course/Private Guide reservation, or is booked and subsequently cancelled within 2 weeks of the requested date(s), Seneca Rocks Climbing School reserves the right to keep the deposit.
If you wish to reschedule, we can apply your deposit to a later, more convenient date.
If a program has to be cancelled by Seneca Rocks Climbing School due to weather, your deposit will be refunded in full or the course can be rescheduled at that time.
It is important to note how pessimistic and consistently wrong internet weather sites are. Many great days of climbing have been enjoyed with 60 and 70% chances of precipitation.
Although we spare no effort to assure a safe program, we cannot guarantee your safety. In a sport of this nature an element of risk is inherent and beyond human control.
A signed Seneca Rocks Climbing School Release Form will be required of all participants. A parent or guardian must sign the release for participants under the age of 18.
